Although you were able to select your top four choices, your application is made available to all 42 colleges. This list of questions and answers have been provided to help you complete the application process. Questions Concerning Completing EDU, Inc. Application | ||||||||
Q. What do I do if I sumbitted my EDU, Inc. Application online and I got an error message saying I had a dublicate application. A. When completing your EDU, Inc. application you may have used an apostrophe ( ‘ ) exclamation point ( ! ) or dash ( – ) in your name or in some other place on the application. Please remove the dash, exclamation point or apostrophe and you should be able to succesfully sumbit your application. |

Q. Does the Common Black College Application accept fee waivers for the $35 application fee? A. Unfortuntely, we do not accept few waivers because the application fee is only $35 to apply to 39 colleges. ![]() |

Q. Can I pay the $35 Common Black College Application fee after completing my application online with a credit or debit card? A. Yes you can pay the $35 fee after completing your application online with a credit or debit card. (Once your application has been submitted, you can pay the application fee online by clicking on the link CHECK APPLICATION STATUS on the EDU, Inc. website www.eduinconline.com.) ![]() |

Q. How do I submit my transcripts and test scores to the Common Black College Application Member Institutions? A. You will receive a Confirmation Letter, explaining how to submit your transcript and tests scores, once your Common Black College Application has been submitted and the $35 application fee has been paid. Please click on the blue link if you have not received your Confirmation Letter. Please bring a copy of the Confirmation Letter to your School Counselor. ![]() |

Explanation: The 25 Member Institutions listed below will accept transcripts and test scores faxed to our office at (404) 745-0124 or mailed to us at EDU, Inc. | 2625 Piedmont Road | Suite 56315 | Atlanta, GA 30324 Once your transcripts and test scores are uploaded to our system, and made available to the 25 Member Institutions, you will receive an email confirmation.
Q. Do I have to fax an official transcript to EDU, Inc. to be made available to the 25 Member Institutions that will download the transcript from your system? A. Yes you are required to fax an official transcript to the Office of EDU, Inc. Q. Do I have to fax my official test scores to EDU, Inc. to be made available to the 25 Member Institutions that will download the test scores from your system? A. Your test scores can be sent on a College Board / ACT label or they can be on your transcript.

Q. Do I have to mail an official copy of my transcripts to the 16 Member Institutions who require transcripts and scores be sent directly to their Office of Admissions? A. Yes it is required you have your School Counselor or Registrar send official copies of your transcripts to any of the 16 Member Institutions you are interested in attending. Q. Q. How long should I wait before I contact the Member Institutions to check on the status of my application? A. 5 to 7 business days after your transcripts and test scores have been sent. |

Q. What should I do if the Member Institution says they do not have my application, transcripts or test scores. A. Always be sure to indicate when calling, emailing or mailing the Member Institutions, you applied to their college using the EDU, Inc. Common Black College Application. When calling, ask for the person who processes the EDU, Inc. Common Black College Applications. If that person indicates they do not have your application, transcripts and test scores please ask for the person’s name and we will contact the college on your behalf. You can email us the contact person at the college you spoke to at [email protected] or you can contact our office at (770) 716-0616. Please speak as clearly as possible and repeat the number where you can be reached at least two times so we can return your call. |
