I would like to thank and commend EDU, Inc. and the Common Black college Application, on a great business concept and an even better show of support to our Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Just the thought of applying to college was overwhelming at first to my daughter but she thanks me everyday for giving her your website. It's very early in the college application process but she has been accepted to four colleges as a result of using the EDU, Inc. Application! The schools she had applied to separate from your company, have inundated her with red tape seemingly to no end, making the process a pain! On behalf of her, myself and the Black College Family (I'm a South Carolina State University graduate - Class of '93), thanks a million for what you do. I will definitely spread the word!

I am writing to thank you for offering the EDU, Inc. Common Black College Application to my students. I am the college and career counselor at an inner city private school in Fairfield, Alabama right outside of Birmingham. 95% of my students live at or below the poverty level. Over 70% do not have a father in the home. 90% of my juniors and seniors will be first generation college students.
As you can imagine, my students are in many cases, unable to pay college application fees, much less 35 of them. Offering them the Common Black College Application enables them to cast a wide net among traditionally black colleges, many of which they would never consider.
Last year every Restoration Academy senior used the EDU, Inc. Application. I actually have two students at an HBCU because of the application. This year we will again have all of the students apply use the Common Black College Application.
